Platform स्क्रीन तुरंत update न भी हो—UPI app में success/pending/failed status आपको clarity देता है। Pending हो तो wait करें। Failed हो तो reversal/refund status check करें। Success है लेकिन balance नहीं, तो reference ID आपका proof है।
Multiple retries से बचें
Pending transaction के दौरान नए deposits करना confusion बढ़ाता है। एक clean transaction + proof हमेशा कई messy attempts से बेहतर है।
Support को कैसे लिखें (fast resolution)
एक structured message भेजें: amount + method (UPI) + reference ID + time + screenshots। इससे back-and-forth कम होता है और fix जल्दी मिलता है।
