Step 1: make sure you’re logging into the right place
Aviator is usually part of a platform. That means “login” starts with the correct app/site you registered with. Avoid lookalike pages or unofficial links. If you installed an app recently, confirm it’s the official platform build.
Step 2: credentials and lockouts
Repeated failed attempts can trigger a lock window. If you’re unsure, pause and verify your exact phone/email format. If you forgot the password, use the official reset flow and set a strong password that you can reproduce reliably. A stable password beats “clever” passwords you forget.
Step 3: session problems (the fix that most people skip)
Session expiry often comes from outdated builds or cache conflicts. Update the app, restart it, and if needed clear cache. Avoid switching networks mid-login; a network flip can break OTP flows or session tokens.
Step 4: OTP is its own category
If your login depends on OTP and you don’t receive it, don’t treat it as a “password issue.” Use the dedicated OTP checklist and retry in a structured way. You can open the OTP page below.
